I was extremely disappointed in this airline. More so with the customer service representative. I was under the impression that I had to be at the airport 40-60 mins before boarding time. I was there 56 mins before and she did not let me board my plane and made me miss my flight completely. I had to buy two new tickets at full retail price. She was extremely rude without any proper customer service. On my way back I retained my ticket with this airline because it was already purchased and again I was extremely disappointed. It stated the flight was on time yet we departed and hour later. It was a horrible experience and I hope I am never in a bind that I have to use this airline again
