    Rude and unprofessional staff. On my second flight (Moscow to London) I was woken up and shouted at in Russian for not wearing a seatbelt. After explaining that I couldn’t understand her she moved on in a rage as if I had just taken a huge dump onto her chest. A Russian lady sat next to me joked by saying “that’s why they’re called aeroFLOP”. I informed her that I now understood the reference.

    It was a great experience. The plane was clean. The staff were very professional and polite. We got bulk head seating because we were traveling w an infant. They were so accommodating.

    I had transfer flights. The first flight was a delay for 50 minutes, due to this, between the second flight take off i had only 20 minutes!!!

    I got into the plane, but my luggage not.
    So, of course, i left without it. I filled the report, and in two days they called me and told that my luggage is here, and they are going to deliver it. And you know at what time i got it, at 12 AM!!!!, at night, the deliverer called me an 11.45pm and told that he is coming. I am very sorry but this is not good service.
