The departure time was continuously delayed until 2.5 hrs after scheduled departure they cancelled the flight. I had a separately booked flight to Europe from Oakland, my expected destination after the Delta flight, I had an 8 hr buffer for this flight but since Delta didn`t cancel until very late, They couldn`t get me to Oakland in time for my flight to Europe so I missed this flight and had to schedule another flight at my own expense, a day and a half later, and also hotel accommodation at my expense while waiting for the new flight. All this was at considerable expense to me... There were more costs and inconveniences, making this the worst travel experience in my life, This was a very bad experience and I blame Delta for costing me a lot of money, wasted time, and frustration, the only thing I can say is that the representatives were professional and appeared apologetic, but that was after an additional hour long wait to talk to one

Both flights, SFO/Seattle and Seattle/Vancouver were late, causing me to miss my final flight from YVR to Sechelt BC. I had booked these flights because they gave me a two hour cushion to get from one terminal to another at YVR for the final leg via float plane. We actually had to sit on the runway in Seattle for 25 minutes waiting for the backlog of planes to take off. Very bad experience. We didn`t leave SFO on time because we had to wait for flight crew to arrive. The plane just sat there until they showed up. They said they had to allow for 8 hours between shifts. The passengers did everything right. The airline failed to provide timely service.

I will definitely fly through delta airlines again in the near future. My husband and I went for an international trip and delta made our trip easy and comfortable. Though sleeping on plane was not that comfortable at all that`s because we only purchased an economy seats but we were still able to relax because of the personal entertainment where you can watch movies, listen to music, play games, and even watch some of your favorite tv shows.Other than that,food and services were great. The staff were friendly and very professional.
