My flight from Delhi to Istanbul on 6th feb. 2017 got delayed in departure due to which we reached 1hour 10 mts. late in Istanbul. Due to the delay i missed my connecting flight to Berlin. The Airport personnel from tuerkish Airlines were very incompetent to guide me to the Counter for the alternative flight to Berlin. I was sent from one end to other with my Hand baggage and a bag without any assistance. The Lady at the info Counter was so rude to me that she refused to answer my questions saying `THAT MY TIME WITH YOU IS OVER`. It was surprising for me to experience this contrast between the Cabin Crew and the Airport staff. I am almost wondering if I would fly this Airline again. Online check in for retrurn flight was also very cumbersome. Only 24 hours before the flight departure which meant that I had to get up early morning at 5 o clock to do the online check in and secure my seats of choice.

Can`t complain about how I was served on my last flight. Enjoyed the amicable atmosphere of the airline team; catering was to the best standards. The only fault, perhaps, was a 2 min delay in the Podgorica Airport, but it was the poor performance of the airport staff, not the airline. Seats are comfortable, check-in and -out fast, stewardesses welcoming and smiling, crew polite and with a sense of humour. If for my next trip, I see Turkish Airlines, I`ll definitely opt for them.
