What should I know while travelling with animals?

If you plan to travel with your animal, you need to contact the airline in advance to confirm if it's allowed and to get more information about the requirements. It's important to note that most airlines only allow cats and dogs, so if you have a different type of animal, you should get in touch with our Customer Care Service or make an unpaid booking and send a request to [email protected], providing information about the species of animal, its weight, and the size of the cage.

Once we receive a reply from the airline, our Customer Care Service agents will inform you about the costs of transporting your pet. If you agree with the cost, you will need to pay for the booking and the fee for the animal carriage.

Please keep in mind that you must submit all the required documents for your animal at the airport check-in. This includes all documents required by the veterinary service of the country you are traveling to or transiting through, and/or the carrier. To find out what documents you need, please contact the corresponding consulate and/or the carrier.
