During the reservation process you need to choose the age category of your child. The age categories are 0-2 years and 2-12 years.
It's important to note that most airline companies offer discounts for children's flight tickets:
- infants (0–2 years) — usually get a discount of 90% of the standard tariff without an extra seat;
- children (2–12 years) — usually get a discount of 25% of the standard tariff without an extra seat;
- if the child is over 12 years old, the ticket will be booked at the standard fare.
When making a reservation, make sure you enter your child's age information accurately and choose the correct ticket category based on the child's age on the date of the flight. The age of the infant or child must meet the age categories ("infant", "child") defined by the airline at the end of the flight on the last segment.
If you're booking tickets for children, they must be booked at the same time as the adults. If a child is going to fly unaccompanied, please let our Customer Care Service Team know before booking the ticket. We will then inform you whether it is possible for the selected flight.
Lastly, please check the list of documents required for the child's/infant's flight with the carrier.
