Normally, it is not allowed to transfer a flight ticket to another person.
However, if the name or gender on your ticket does not match the information on your ID, you can request a correction.
Please note that some airlines may have specific rules regarding name corrections and there may be a fee associated with these changes. Additionally, some minor name corrections may not be allowed at all.
To request a name correction, you need to log in to the website. Go to
"My account" – "My orders" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Change passenger information". Then, you need to attach a copy of the passport or ID of the passenger whose data needs to be changed and you can leave a comment for our Customer Care Service if you need to add additional information.
Please keep in mind that this process may take up to two weeks. Once the airline has addressed the issue, our Customer Care Service will contact you via email to provide an update.
