The refund request voucher I applied for has been taking too long. I understand refunding cash to bank account can take time but refunding as a voucher that`s not acceptable. Atleast during such epidemic the services should be good enough.

Not that I am fully contented with the quality of their service, but on the whole it is not bad. The only think I was frustrated with were systematic delays and the absence of my favorite Porterhouse beer. However, I am glad that our flight landed successfully and everybody is alive...
