My time at the airport in Warsaw was not satisfactory. My tucket said that I woukd de departing from one gate, it was changed and never announced. I found out bt accident of the gate change. Our flight from Chicago to Warsaw was VERY LATE. I found the staffs ability of being bilingual to not be the best. I did not find the flight attendants very warm and engaging.

My flight was delayed by over 90 minutes with no English explanation given causing me to miss my connecting flight. No support was given after landing and other stranded passengers (including native Polish speakers) and I were unable to contact LOT, leading to further issues with their `alliance` partners. Afterward, I tried to contact LOT via email, but as of writing this review, they have not replied.

Good afternoon.
The unpleasant incident had place during our flights with LOT. I contacted LOT aircompany in New York and was advised to contact you.
I am asking you for help to locate /find fotocamera Panasonic Lumix with memory card Sundisk 32 GB memory(with over 2,000 pictures inside) left in airplane LOT flight #0766 Lwow-Warsaw as a connection flight to Warsaw -New York at the same day.
Fotocamera Panasonic was left on the airplain on seat or under (dropped ) because picture was made during the flight from the airplane window upon approaching airoport. This was the last picture in camera.
We left the airplane in Warsaw at 15.15 pm to continue to reach our flight to New York in 30-40 min. Right after passing immigration/security control we were checking out backpacks and found out that the our fotocamera was left on board of that airplane.
Immidiately , in a few minutes , we have contacted Transfer Service Desk 5 and Desk 6 and asked representative to help ask to get our fotocamera back. The lady at the desk (nearly 50-60 years old) refused first to help us saying we have to wait when cleaning people will clean airplane and check up in 3-4 hours ?!) , then after I insisted to contact the plane crew , she were calling somewhere and lately advised that airplane crew never checked the airplane !(This is not true ....because upon our arriving to New York one of the best Lot stewardess were standing at front JFK airport Immigration Control Service and asked hundreds people who left eyeglass and makeup pouch on the airplane !!! )
Then, in 10 min, some airport worker (woman) arrived on sig to the Transfer Desk 5/6 and advised there was no fotocamera found in that airplane #0766...
Keeping in mind, that LOT flight attendant did great service in JFK airoport upon checking possible left passanger`s stuff I would assume that flight attendants from flight LOT #0766 simply TOOK OUR FOTOCAMERA for their own needs... I hope I am wrong and someone from the flight attendants of that flight claimed our camera Panasonic to the LOST/FOUND service in Warsaw airport.
My son is an autistic person and crying all the time because of lost camera with thousands picture in. We have visited Egypt and France before back to USA and many pictures in camera shows his enjoyment and experience during the trips such as camel rides, parasailing, jeep safari in the desert...My mentally disabled son is now very distressed and I am asking you kindly help me to make him happy and returned the black fotocamera Panasonic Lumix ( in black cover case) pictures back to us !!!!!!!!!!
I emailed to [email protected] and received responce that no camera was claimed to them.
Please, help me.
Thank you.
